Burning Fat and Building Muscle At The Same Time?
This is the goal of many trainees. Get rid of the fat and build up the muscle.
COMMON MYTH: You can’t replace the fat with muscle.
You have to get rid of the fat, and build the muscle, separately. There is no replacing one with the other.
The good news is you can accomplish both of these goals – fat burning and muscle building, at the same time.
This involves manipulating your diet just right, so that your calorie intake is enough so that you are building muscle, but low enough that you can still burn fat.
Cardio is also an important element. Again, you have to get it right. Just enough cardio to burn fat, but not too much cardio which will prevent muscle building from occurring.
Lifting properly also matters. In order to build muscle quickly you need to hit the muscle hard, forcing it to grow, while limiting your volume as not to over train which prevents muscle growth from occurring. Train too much and your body won’t develop muscle. Don’t train intensely enough and your body won’t have any reason to adapt into larger muscle size.
All this sounds complicated to get just right and that’s exactly the reason why most bodybuilders WON’T take this approach. Instead they will take 3-4 months or longer to BULK UP and then take 8-12 weeks of dieting to CUT UP. It’s much easier as you don’t have to get everything “just right” and can focus on one task at a time.
The downside is that it can take 6 months to get the ripped, cut up physique you are after. Instead, if you do both at once, properly, you can see results in less than half that amount of time.
If you want the burn fat – build muscle results as quickly as possible, then the easiest way is to get on a good program which has everything outlined and from day 1 you can get started. Getting on a good routine will make it easier than bulking and cutting separately and as mentioned, the results will occur much more quickly.
Unfortunately guys have tried to figure out formulas themselves as far as diet and training go and they’ve ended up looking worse than when they started.
Some do build muscle, but fail at getting leaner, ending up with the muscular pot belly look. Others end up losing weight, but also end up losing muscle in the process.
A good muscle building – fat burning routine prevents this from happening. Results can be seen in 3 months or less, and if it’s a decent plan you’re following, results will be impressive.
Here’s a program that has everything laid out from start to finish, and is specifically geared towards building up muscle and burning fat at the same time.
Check out the video and learn how this program can get you results in only 49 days. Diet fads come and go, but this routine has been around for nearly 10 years, and positive testimonials continue to roll in. Check it out Muscle Gain Fat Loss Routine
